Brian of Elkhart Satellite Systems was an early Christmas gift for us and our coach this month.
He installed a new Starlink system on the roof of our coach and corrected a couple of issues I caused when I installed a new Winegard T4 satellite. Brian was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very efficient in perform the work on our coach. I can't say enough good things about him.
The Starlink system has performed very well and we love it so far. Our internet access issues appear to be a thing of the past. Not a cheap system but eliminating the frustration over Wi-Fi issues seem to be a thing of the past for now.
I’ve dealt with these guys over the past several years. Being a Fulltime RV’er we needed a Satellite dish installed on our rig. Brian came to our site and installed a Traveler satellite dish in record time. When I have a question on the road concerning my Satellite dish I can always count on them for an answer. Wow, so refreshing to find someone who shows up totally prepared for most anything, finishes the job in a timely fashion, and it's professionally done. Bryan repaired the dish system on my RV, which we first thought was just the dish plate while talking on the phone, when in fact he needed to replace most of the system after he had a chance to see it. He had a system in his truck. Had everything done within 45 minutes. BTW, I called him on a Friday from MI, and told him I would be in Elkhart the next week. When I showed up on Monday, he came by in the afternoon, and bingo, I was fixed. Unbelievable!! If every mobile service was this easy!!
